Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions are valid for any purchase on this website. However, the terms and conditions are subjects to price increases, tax changes, sold-out products, price errors and typing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery in EU on orders above €100.

There is a shipping fee of from 29 DKK for shipping to Denmark. The shipping fee for other countries will be provided, when placing an order through the online shop.

Free shipping from

The order will be dispatched as soon as possible, but no later than within 1-2 work days after the order confirmation (weekends and holiday excluded). Should the delivery be delayed contrary to expectation, the customer will be informed.

All Verti Copenhagen products will be delivered in a beautiful box and ready for use.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club & JCB as well as PayPal.

The money will be withdrawn as the goods are sent from our stock.

All prices are in incl. VAT.

Return Policy

The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days after receiving it, if the product is undamaged. The product must be returned with every accessory equipment such as screws etc. and in the same box as the one it was delivered in. Furthermore, the product must be returned in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for delivery charges. The product must be returned with PostNord to the following address:

When Verti Copenhagen receives the product, the product will be checked for damages and missing accessory equipment, and if it is in perfect condition, the paid amount for the product will be transferred back to the customer.

Complaint

In case of claims, Verti Copenhagen will be responsible for delivery charges. The claim will not be accepted if the worth of the product has deteriorated, which is the fact if: The customer has actually started using the product; if the product is damaged, while the customer has been responsible for the product; if the customer has wielded the product differently from what is appropriate for this type of product in any case; if the customer has not complied with the restrictions in the right of cancellation.

There is a 24 month warranty.

Products that are sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
